About Ricky

In the Public Sector, Ricky holds a degree in Business Administration and Project Management. A Master Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma, and a certificate in public speaking from Dale Carnagie.

In Ministry, Ricky holds a Ministry License for both the Evangelical Methodist and Baptist Denominations  Throughout Ricky’s 31 years of ministry, he has ministered to children, teens and young adults, men and married couples. He has been ordained to preach in two different denominations and has ministered as Preacher/Teacher, Song Leader, Men’s Minister, Marriage Minister, Life Group Leader and led a 17 year Nursing Home Ministry along with wife, Tina.

Ricky currently manages six Continuous Improvement Professionals at IBSA, and oversees’ the administration and deployment of continuous improvement for the corporation. Ricky and wife started MinistryManna.life in January of 2023.

Originally from Loraine, Tx. Ricky has lived and ministered in Scottsboro, AL and now lives in Little Elm, Texas. He has been married to his wife Tina for 38 years, and has two children; Krystalyn and Corey. Both have families of their own and have provided him with five wonderful grandchildren. Ricky likes spending time with family, golf, music, learning, and exploring.

About Tina

Tina spent much of her adult life working in the retail industry, managing sales for Radio Shack, Bealls, and Steinmart. She worked in the hospitality industry as Head House Keeper and Breakfast Manager for Hampton Inn, Scottsboro Alabama. Tina also worked in the Catering Business for Craig’s Catering in Scottsboro, AL.  Throughout Tina’s 32 years of ministry, she has ministered to children, teens, women and married couples. She has ministered in detention centers in both Alabama and Texas, sharing God’s love with men and women that find them selves on the wrong side of bad decision making. Her current role as volunteer Section Leader for Prison Teams at our local church, has her ministering at Choice Moore Men’s Prison.  She also ministers at the Women’s Prison, Patrick O’Daniel Unit in Gatesville with a group of women from multiple denominational and non-denominational Churches.

Tina currently leads a group of women that mentor women in the Collin County Detention Center in McKinney, Tx. She also ministers to couples with challenges in their marriages, alongside her husband Ricky. Teaching marriage classes in their church, and mentoring couples in need.

Originally from Sweetwater, Tx. Tina has lived and ministered in Sweetwater, Tx. &Scottsboro, AL.  She now lives and ministers in North Texas,  calling Little Elm, Texas home. She has been married to husband Ricky for 38 years and has two children: Krystalyn and Corey. Both have families of their own and have provided her with five wonderful grandchildren. Tina likes spending time with family, flower gardening, dancing, and crafting when she isn’t ministering.
