Please tell your story, where you were in life/business/marriage.  What struggles/problems were you experiencing at that time? 

"Our 'businesstry' (Ministry Business) was looking for ways to improve our Customer Lead Process. We were losing customer leads when they contacted us because there were so many steps and different players in the process."

What has changed since your time with either Rick or Christina,  what impact did they have on your life/business/marriage?

"My business is better. Ricky led us through a Kaizen process where many voices go to speak into the challenges and co-create a new process that improved the workflow and increased the adaption rate of all players. Our conversion rate of leads improved due to new systems that were unified across our ministry."

Is there anything else you would like to say about this ministry or either of the founders mentioned above?

"Ricky has a huge servant's heart and it was evident through the whole process. I truly felt he wanted to see our ministry succeed and that we had the skills to get there."

How may we pray for you at this point in your life? 

"Pray for continued discernment as we grow our ministry to reach more children and families with the Gospel."

"My husband and I like to do tit for tat and had a lot of unresolved anger towards each other."

What has changed since your time with either Rick or Christina, what impact did they have on your life/business/marriage?

"Ricky and Tina helped us to express our feelings towards one another and to not create a narrative in our own heads that wasn’t true about our spouse, our marriage is better, and we fight less, we still fight but when we do I know he has the best intentions."

Is there anything else you would like to say about this ministry or either of the founders mentioned above?

"They are wonderful people."

How may we pray for you at this point in your life?

"That our business continues to grow and get busy."
